libdbd-pgsql software package provides PostgreSQL database server driver for libdbi, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libdbd-pgsql
libdbd-pgsql is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libdbd-pgsql package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libdbd-pgsql *
You will get with libdbd-pgsql package name, version, architecture and description in a table
